Deposits: will only be refunded at the discretion of the stylist in cases of emergency.
Cancellations: result in forfeiture of the deposit. Forfeited deposits are non-transferable, and a new deposit is required for rebooking.
No Call/No Shows: will be charged the full price and may face Client Termination.
Late Fee: will be applied if you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. Appointment cancelled after 10 minutes (With no communication).
