What to do when you arrive for your appointment:

  1. Upon arrival to your hair appointment, Log-into VAGARO (our booking site linked here ) and CHECK-IN (this will notify us that you have arrived.
  2. You can wait in your vehicle or Have a seat in the waiting area (2nd floor).
  3. Before coming to the suite, please wait until you receive a notification (text) to come in.
  4. Forgot your VAGARO log-in? No problem, we can send over your information anytime (contact us for log-in info).

Basic Need-To-KNow Info:

Here at HSD:

  • Book by appointment only.
  • Kids or extra guest that are not being serviced are not allowed in salon suite. Adult guess may have a seat in the lobby (waiting area). Servicing ages 16 and up only
  • All referrals must follow the same salon policies and procedures.
  • A Wait-List option is available for last minute cancellations/unavailable dates and times. The waitlist gets first priority booking . 




Please be advised:

  • You will receive a confirmation text 48hrs prior to appointment date/time. Click the link in the text and confirm your appointment (unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled 24hrs prior to appointment time).
  • You can cancel within 48hrs (via Vagaro) of appointment (deposit is returned). After the cancellation grace period expires, you will need to contact us for cancellation (deposit is forfeited).
  • Arrive on time (preferably 10 minutes early) Late fees are enforced.

Payment Options

Payment Policy

  • Only Cash payment accepted at the end of service.
  • Deposits must be paid through Vagaro at the time of booking (card). A deposit is required to book/re-book.
  • No third-party payment apps (Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, etc.) are NOT accepted.
  • All card payments will incur an additional processing fee at checkout.

  • Calls or text messages received outside of business hours will be returned on the next business day.
