We kindly request that you arrive on time (10mins early) for your appointments and confirm your appointment when you receive the confirmation text. Please utilize the Wait-List option for unavailable dates/times and to be notified when those dates become available.

Basic Need-To-KNow Info:
- Appointments are made online only. We’re not accepting walk-ins.
- A deposit is required to book.
- Kids of any age are not allowed in salon suite.
- All referrals must follow the same salon policies and procedures.
- Servicing ages 15 and up only.
*** Color services are suspended indefinitely.
For First-Time Clients:
- Please read the salon policies and explore our website before booking. Most of the FAQs are answered here for your convenience.
- For a great booking experience create a Client Profile (Log-in). Our booking site (Vagaro) is linked here.
- A Wait-List option is available for last minute cancellations/unavailable dates and times. The waitlist gets first priority booking.

What to do when you arrive for your appointment:
- Upon arrival to your hair appointment, please have a seat in the waiting area (front lobby).
- Log-into VAGARO our booking site linked here and CHECK-IN (this will notify us that you have arrived.
- Once checked-in, you will receive a notification to come to the salon suite when stylist is ready to start service.
- Forgot your VAGARO log-in? No problem, we can send over your log-in information anytime.
Payment Options
Accepting Card/Cash payments only.
*** Cash is preferred.
*** No third-party payments such as Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, etc.
